Hi, I am Nandini Sharma, founder of Mindfullyoga. My journey with yoga began during the most exhausting phase of my life—while working a demanding job, I found myself mentally and physically exhausted. In search of relief, I turned to yoga, and that decision changed everything. Yoga not only made my body better; it gave me peace, balance, and true happiness. Eventually, I quit my job to fully embrace this path, and I haven’t looked back since.
Like me, many people are stressed out with their busy lives, constantly chasing deadlines, but feeling disconnected from themselves. I started Mindfullyoga to help people find peace, clarity, and inner calm through yoga, just as I did. My mission is to share authentic insights, connect with expert yogis, and continue to learn so I can help others on their journey to mindfulness and wellness.
When I started learning yoga, I noticed that most of the online content focused only on postures and flexibility—but yoga is so much more than that. It’s about finding stillness, connecting with your breath, and experiencing true inner peace.
