Try now →Hi, I’m Nandini Sharma, the heart and voice behind Mindfullyoga.
A few years ago, I was just… done. Mentally drained, physically heavy, and completely out of touch with myself. I was chasing a career that asked for everything and gave nothing back.
I didn’t turn to yoga to get “fit” or flexible. I turned to it because I was desperate for a second of relief. What I found wasn’t a workout; it was just a way to finally breathe. I realized then that it doesn’t matter what you look like or how much you can bend. All that matters is that moment when you finally let your body be at ease.
I walked away from that career to build Mindfullyoga. I wanted to create a place for people who are just tired of the noise and want to feel like themselves again.

Gentle Yoga for Seniors to Move Better, Feel Lighter, and Stay Independent
Mindfullyoga offers simple, beginner-friendly yoga practices designed especially for older adults. These gentle movements and breathing exercises help improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support overall well-being—without pressure or strain.
It’s about how it feels, not how it looks.
I don’t care about perfect poses or how deep you can bend. We practice for the real world—so you can reach for the top shelf, get up from a chair with ease, and feel steady on your feet. It’s just simple movement that respects your age and listens to your body.
Coming back to a body that feels easier to live in.
Most of us have been taught to push through, do more, stretch further, keep up. But the body doesn’t always work that way.
Here, we slow down. We notice. We stop before it becomes too much. Some days feel open, some don’t, and that’s okay.
Over time, something shifts quietly. You move easier. You feel lighter. You trust your body again.

“Yoga is not about touching your toes or perfect poses. It’s about touching the stillness within, finding peace in your breath, and learning to move through life with awareness and grace.”
