A few years ago, I was just… done. Mentally drained, physically heavy, and completely out of touch with myself. I was chasing a career that asked for everything and gave nothing back.

I didn’t turn to yoga to get “fit” or flexible. I turned to it because I was desperate for a second of relief. What I found wasn’t a workout; it was simply a way to finally breathe.

I realized then that it doesn’t matter what you look like or how much you can bend. What matters is that moment when your body begins to feel a little more at ease.

I walked away from that life to build Mindfullyoga—a quiet space for people who feel tired of the noise and just want to feel like themselves again.
