A few years ago, I was physically and mentally drained…the kind of exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix. I was chasing a demanding career and losing touch with myself in the process.
I turned to yoga not for a “fitness routine,” but because I desperately needed relief. What I found wasn’t just physical movement; it was a way to reconnect. I learned that yoga isn’t about how you look or how flexible you are—it’s about how you feel when you finally allow your body to be at ease.
I left my career behind to build Mindfullyoga for one reason: to create a sanctuary for people who, like me, are tired of the noise.

"Yoga is not about touching your toes or perfect poses. It’s about touching the stillness within, finding peace in your breath, and learning to move through life with awareness and grace."
